Do you need an official transcript, or an enrollment verification for lenders, insurers, or other purposes? The Office of the University Registrar partners with the National Student Clearinghouse for these services. All of these services are available in a newly implemented tool, Myhub.

 Myhub is an online platform that gives learners a single secure location where they can access their verified enrollment and degree information from both UT Health San Antonio, and prior institutions who are participating in Myhub.

There are two options to log-in to Myhub; one for current students and one for alumni.

Options for Logging In

Current Students: Use your current UT Health San Antonio username and password to log in (you will need to add @uthscsa.edu to the end of your username. For example, if your username is Registrars, you will enter the username as [email protected]).

After you log in, follow the instructions to create your account in Myhub (see below for next sign up steps).

Alumni: Go to Myhub to create your account: https://www.myhub.org/home and follow the instructions (see below for next sign up steps).

Next You Will Sign Up

Select one of the 3 options to begin creating your account. Please note, that not all colleges participate with Myhub.

Review the terms and agreements and select Next.

On the next page, you will see the Dashboard. Your Enrollment History and Degrees Earned for UT Health San Antonio will be displayed. If other schools you have attended are participating in Myhub, you will see this information as well.

Click on the Enrollment History Tab to view your enrollment, or the Degrees Earned Tab to view your awarded degrees.

On the left side tool bar, there is a Self-Service option to order Official Transcripts or Enrollment Certificates.

On the Self-Service page, select your school from the list to either order a transcript or an enrollment verification/certificate.  Once you choose your school, select Order Transcript or Download Certificate.
