How to Edit/Approve Catalog Pages -April 2025
When there are items at your step pending approval, you will receive an email from [Catalog]. Below is an example email that you will receive if you are part of the workflow:
1. The first link will take you to the catalog page in which you can review.
a. click "edit page" at the top left. This will populate the editing fields in which you can utilize.

b. On this page, you can click the "edit page body" link and make all edits.
Please note: Admission/Degree Requirements and Sample plans of study CANNOT be edited within this field. Those three tabs can only be edited within the CIM Program Form. See below for additional information.
2. Once you have made all edits to the catalog page, you can click the second link that is shown the above email. It will then take you to the approving dashboard.
1. This field will represent your role
2. This area will list all items at your step that are pending approval. Please click each item to review/approve
3. Approve - this button is used after all areas are edited and reviewed.
a. if there are no edits needed, you can skip step 1 and click the 2nd link to review and approve.
How to Edit the Admission/Degree Requirements and Sample Plans of Study
As previously mentioned, these 3 items are edited within the CIM Program Form
1. Admission Requirements

2. Degree Requirements
3. Sample Plan of Study

For the above fields, you will need to click the link within the grayed out portion. This will navigate you directly to the CIM Program Form for edits.
Click the green "edit program" icon to open the program form. Deadlines are specific for these three areas. Please follow all deadlines on OUR website listed below:
