Can’t Find a Course in Maintain Schedule of Classes? How to Schedule a New Course
When a course is new or was not taught in the prior similar term type (i.e. Fall 2018 was copied to Fall 2019), then the course will not automatically appear in Maintain Schedule of Classes. This course will need to manually be scheduled for the term.
The Schedule of Classes can only be modified until the editing deadline:

After the deadline, you must submit a form to have edits completed:

1. Navigate to Schedule a New Course
1.1. Option 1: Access Schedule a New Course via the Faculty Center tile.
1.2. Option 2: using the Navigator, go to Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Schedule New Course
2. Enter the Term
Use the look up icon to assist you
3. Optional: Enter a Subject Area and Catalog Number
A blank search will bring up all possible courses you can schedule (based on what subject codes you have been given access). This may help if you know the title, but don't know the catalog number.
4. Click Search
5. If Needed: Select the specific class from the Search Results
If your search would only bring up one option, you will not see any Search Results. Instead, clicking Search will take you straight into the class record.
6. Enter New Class Information
All information on under the Basic Data, Meetings, and Enrollment Control tabs need to be reviewed and updated as needed.

This course is now available in Maintain Schedule of Classes.
