To release a hold, navigate to My Student Center.

If you have a Campus Community Tile, open it, and access Manage Service Indicators.  Or use the Navigator icon (looks like a compass) in the far right upper corner. and navigate to Campus Community>Service Indicators>Manage Service Indicators.

Search and select the student. You can type in the ID (seven digits), or search for the student by entering a few letters of the first and last name.

Click on the Code of the Hold you need to release. In this example, we will release the CBC hold.  

Next click on the Release button.  The hold when then be cleared.
