Ensure workflow is up to date

How can I ensure our department workflow is accurate?

The Assistant Registrar for Publications will send out an email that contains an Excel Spreadsheet with all workflow approvers associated with that school/department. This will be the time for you to review all approvers and ensure they are accurate. This will occur around early September.

Catalog Pages

The Assistant Registrar for Publications will send out a flier announcing the opening of the catalog has begun. You will begin to receive emails stating there are pending items at your step for review and approval.

Please note: if you are listed more than once within the workflow, expect to receive more than one email from CourseLeaf [Catalog]

Major Deadlines for Catalog

April 1: The deadline to submit changes to Admission Requirements, Degree Requirements, and Plans of Study in Program Management. Changes will be visible on the Catalog pages once the changes have been submitted approved at all levels of the Workflow in Program Management.
